4. Registration Policies & Details

1. September 2026 Lock-In Deposit Special

Offer valid September 1 - 30, 2026. Place a special $99 deposit per attendee to reserve a 2027 retreat spot and lock in the Early Bird package rate. The $99 is directly applied toward the total package price (it is a payment incentive, not an additional discount). Active Knead to Connect members may combine this $99 deposit special with their member discount code. Note: BOGO promotions do not utilize the $99 deposit structure.

2. Standard Payment Options & Payment Plans

Outside of the September special, the standard pricing will apply. Remaining balances can be settled in full or structured via published installment schedules using Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay. The absolute final balance deadline for all attendees is September 26, 2027, regardless of registration phase.

3. Knead to Connect Member Discount

Active Knead to Connect members receive a 10% discount off the retreat-registration portion of standard packages. The lodging and hotel allocation portion is not discounted. Member discounts do not stack with BOGO or other promotional percentage discounts, but members may take advantage of the September $99 lock-in deposit special.

4. Roommate & Occupancy Policy

Every individual attending retreat programming and CE sessions must purchase their own retreat package. Two attendees sharing a Double Queen room must each purchase a Shared Double Queen Retreat Package. Purchasing one Double Queen package does not cover registration for a second attendee. Roommate matching requests should be mutual and submitted by the published cutoff.

5. Spouse / Companion Social Package ($299)

Adults 18+ only. The $299 Companion Social Package is designed for a spouse or significant other staying in the registered attendee's PRIVATE room who will not participate in educational courses. It includes designated pool/social activities, evening receptions, and the All-White Party. It excludes educational sessions, CE workshops, CE certificates, and educational materials. Companions receive a distinct credential/wristband.
